The product is unused and in its original condition. All original packaging and accompanying documentation are present. Jewelry and accessories have not been worn and objects show no signs of use. The product is not damaged or soiled.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

Return costs
The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. We recommend sending it by registered mail. Gemira is not responsible for products lost during the return shipment.
Refund
After receiving and assessing your return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Received damaged or incorrect product
Please contact us immediately via info@gemira.nl. In this case, the return costs are at our expense, and you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
